Communicators need to be aware that companies today are trying to achieve more with fewer people, which means that everyone is overstretched and short of time.
When communicating with them, get to the point as quickly as possible. Nobody has time to wade through a mass of your opinions. If you have something to say, say it in as few words as possible.
